This approach has garnered acclaim, including a prestigious position on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list for ten consecutive years, illustrating Hyatt’s dedication to inclusivity, empathy, and respect within its workforce.

The role of Senior Manager, Colleague Experience Communications, based within Hyatt’s Global Internal Communications team, is critical to the organization’s ongoing evolution. This position requires partnership with key departments such as Human Resources, Learning & Development, Digital, and AI governance leaders, ensuring that change initiatives, like agile working methodologies and responsible AI adoption, are effectively communicated and embraced by colleagues worldwide. This role demands a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and simplification, who can translate complex transformation efforts into clear, actionable guidance helping Hyatt’s global workforce understand and adapt to change.

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining communication consistency and alignment across regions and brands, while also enabling local relevance to ensure messages resonate with diverse audiences. This role involves sequencing initiatives to prevent message overload and supplying leaders with narratives and resources to steer their teams confidently through change. Measurement of success will extend beyond traditional communication metrics to assess colleague understanding and adoption outcomes, enabling ongoing enhancement through feedback and data insights. With an attractive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, along with eligibility for various incentive awards including bonuses, this full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals eager to make a tangible impact at a globally recognized hospitality brand. Hyatt welcomes applicants who may not meet every qualification but are passionate about contributing to this transformative journey and culture of care.
