The role of Area General Manager - MultiSite Corporate Dining is a strategic leadership opportunity based in Nashville, Tennessee, overseeing a high-profile corporate dining portfolio that includes the client's headquarters and three additional locations throughout the city. This position demands a seasoned, relationship-driven leader with a strong multiunit management background and proven financial acumen, ideal for candidates eager to have a significant impact within a dynamic corporate dining environment. As the senior onsite leader at the headquarters and supervisory figure across four Nashville locations, the Area General Manager will ensure consistent service standards and customer experience while fostering a collaborative relationship with the client. This leadership role emphasizes operational excellence, financial management, team development, and multi-site coordination, blending hands-on operations with strategic oversight. Scheduled from Monday through Friday with predictable hours, this role offers no weekend shifts and occasional evening work, promoting a balanced work-life environment.

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations across four locations
  • Lead and support five salaried managers at headquarters and three salaried managers at each additional site
  • Ensure consistent operational standards, customer experience, and service excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at headquarters
  • Foster trust, proactively identify opportunities, and collaborate with clients to enhance service delivery
  • Partner closely with finance teams to drive performance
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to manage food cost, labor, and overall profitability
  • Mentor and develop a large, diverse team across multiple locations
  • Promote a positive culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure HR compliance, staffing, training, and performance management
  • Visit each Nashville site at least weekly
  • Provide administrative oversight, operational guidance, and relationship support
