Guided by their foundational "Culture Keepers," ISL cultivates purpose-driven communities that prioritize quality of life, respect, dignity, and security for every resident. Their communities have earned Great Place to Work certifications from 2022 to 2026, showcasing their dedication to building positive and engaging work environments.

As a leading senior living management organization, Integral Senior Living invests heavily in the professional growth and continuous development of its team members. They offer a variety of learning opportunities, ensuring that every employee has the skills and tools necessary to build meaningful and rewarding careers within the company. ISL places a strong emphasis on culture, purpose, and career advancement, making it an excellent employer for individuals passionate about making a direct impact in the lives of seniors and their families. The organization values each team member's contributions and fosters a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.

The role of Concierge at ISL is essential for supporting the vibrant community atmosphere within their senior living communities. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees by greeting and assisting with inquiries, managing communications, and providing general information. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. The Concierge is responsible for handling telephone answering and reception duties, taking messages, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments for various services, managing mail distribution, updating resident records, and maintaining the reception area. Additionally, the Concierge supports the marketing department by collating brochures and assisting dining staff by preparing meal tickets and tallying meal counts.

Integral Senior Living offers competitive wages and benefits that contribute to a healthy work-life balance. The company provides access to wages before payday, flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time hours, paid time off and holidays (for full-time employees), and comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans. Other benefits include a 401(k) with employer matching, paid training, opportunities for advancement, meals, uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program to support employee well-being.

This Concierge position is a rewarding opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where they can create positive experiences for seniors and families. The role provides a platform to engage directly with residents and team members, contribute to a warm community atmosphere, and develop customer service and administrative skills. If you have a passion for serving others and a commitment to excellence, ISL welcomes you to apply and be part of a company that genuinely values its team and the residents it serves.
