Job Requirements
- Food Handler's Permit as required
- flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- capability to manually handle materials up to 50 lbs
- willingness to perform regular bending, lifting, and reaching
- ability to follow federal, state and local food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Washing all dishes and assisting cooks in preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals
- complete all cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
- handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with federal, state and local procedures
