This position is specifically for team members who will live on-site at one of our communities, providing a unique opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the community environment and respond promptly to resident needs. Please note, this is NOT a remote position; applicants must be willing to relocate and reside on-site as a condition of employment. Living on-site enables you to be an integral part of the community fabric, enhancing responsiveness and fostering stronger connections with residents. This role combines residential living with employment, requiring commitment to both professional responsibilities and community involvement.

Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to live on-site at the community
  • ability to relocate if necessary
  • dependable and responsible work ethic
  • physical ability to perform inspections and minor maintenance tasks
  • availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours
  • valid driver’s license
  • clean background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in residential community management or hospitality preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
  • basic administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
  • maintain safety and security within the community
  • coordinate community events and resident activities
  • conduct routine community inspections and maintenance checks
  • manage resident communications and conflict resolution
  • enforce community policies and standards
  • assist with administrative tasks related to community management
