Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 5 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation
  • Ability to work full time in Miami Beach, Florida
  • Experience in luxury hospitality environment preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and economic factors
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative sales plans and proposals
  • Experience in managing complex business opportunities with high revenue potential

Job Duties

  • Proactively solicit business opportunities from leisure and transient markets
  • Handle large group or customer segments with significant revenue potential
  • Align customer profiles with appropriate Ritz-Carlton products
  • Maximize revenue through effective up-selling of packages and services
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with customers
  • Build and strengthen relationships through sales calls, trade shows, and community engagement
  • Execute brand’s Customer Service Standards and property’s Brand Standards through the sales process
