The Investor Relations Coordinator position is a key role within Johnson Controls that supports the company’s interaction with its investment community. Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in financial services, corporate communications, or investor relations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or capital markets intelligence systems preferred
- Experience with event coordination preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for company-hosted events including conferences and investor days
- Manage Investor Relations calendar including quarterly earnings cycle, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and presentations
- Manage corporate access and logistics for non-deal roadshows
- Schedule meetings with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and internal stakeholders
- Distribute recurring investor communications
- Maintain the investor relations website and internal databases and monitor the general IR inbox
- Manage vendor relationships and process invoices and expense reports
- Assist the Head of Investor Relations with budgeting and administrative support
- Support shareholder inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely, effective manner
- Support the development of investor communications including press releases, earnings scripts and quarterly earnings presentations
- Maintain strong organizational and industry expertise
- Monitor analyst publications, conference transcripts and earnings materials of peer companies
