Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 4 years of program or project management experience
- Experience with HR program or project management in complex, multi-functional, and global settings
- Strong communication skills including conflict management
- Ability to develop and execute communication and change management plans
- Skilled in drafting and managing workflows and planning across multiple teams
- Experience in data-driven feedback and continuous improvement processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing HR projects in a complex, multi-functional, global environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead communication plans and change adoption strategies
- Skilled in developing complex workflows and managing multiple delivery teams
- Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Experience with retrospectives, feedback gathering, and data analysis
Job Duties
- Creating and managing project plans to meet deadlines and mitigate risks
- Ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement based on a decision-making model
- Facilitating alignment on project plans and driving timely execution of deliverables
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate status updates
- Conducting post-project evaluations and incorporating feedback for future improvements
- Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
