This role is for a Project Manager position within the HR department, focusing on leading successful project management and change management efforts associated with People program launches, enhancements, and ongoing deployments. The Project Manager will be integral in driving prioritized projects across the organization, acting as a key partner to the HR team and cross-functional collaborators. Responsibilities include creating and managing detailed project plans, anticipating risks, ensuring stakeholder engagement, facilitating alignment, and executing deliverables efficiently. Additionally, this role involves post-project evaluations to derive actionable insights for continuous program improvement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 4 years of program or project management experience
- Experience with HR program or project management in complex, multi-functional, and global settings
- Strong communication skills including conflict management
- Ability to develop and execute communication and change management plans
- Skilled in drafting and managing workflows and planning across multiple teams
- Experience in data-driven feedback and continuous improvement processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing HR projects in a complex, multi-functional, global environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead communication plans and change adoption strategies
- Skilled in developing complex workflows and managing multiple delivery teams
- Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Experience with retrospectives, feedback gathering, and data analysis
