Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the freight forwarding industry
- strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations

Job Duties
- Act as the main point of contact between internal DP teams and client
- collaborate closely with sales executives to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies including prospecting, lead generation, and account management
- maintain regular communication with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations to clients ensuring alignment with DP World’s pricing and service standards
- monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, providing updates to clients and internal stakeholders as necessary
- maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and relevant documentation using the CRM system
- work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience
- address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipment expectations
- analyze customer reporting as needed
- contribute to customer quarterly business review preparation and delivery
