Job Requirements

  • Graduate in any field
  • At least 3 years of relevant and recent sales experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines using CRM
  • Knowledge of local market and freight forwarding regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • Proven track record in sales field with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in freight forwarding
  • Freight forwarding experience is mandatory

Job Duties

  • Manage Book Of Business ensuring constant growth in volume, revenue and margin
  • Grant constant growth of the BCO composition: hunting as percent of farming
  • Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market
  • Liaise with branch operations to ensure proper SOPs are customized around client needs
  • Assist BOB clients in export/import quotations and negotiations to ensure opportunity closing
  • Liaise with DPW internal network and external partner agents to guarantee best possible service assistance
  • Work with the CRM system to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity
  • Stay updated about local regulations, industry developments, new practices and enhancements
