Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
- Experience managing a team and working with clients
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Qualifications

- Professional certifications in freight forwarding, such as IATA or NCBFAA, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field

- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
- Understanding of trade laws and regulations
- Fluency in English

- Experience with logistics software and systems preferred
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Manage and mentor a team of freight forwarders, providing training and support as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their shipping needs are being met, and to provide updates on shipment status
- Monitor industry trends and developments, and adjust operations as needed to stay competitive and meet customer demand
