Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years of experience in food service or related field
prior supervisory experience preferred
ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage teams effectively

2 or more years of related work experience
previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
facilitate orientation and training of employees
work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
attend work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
