The position offered is a full-time management role in the Food and Beverage and Culinary department, with an annual salary range of $79,000 to $102,000 and eligibility for performance bonuses. This role involves supervising daily Food and Beverage (F&B) operations to ensure adherence to all policies, standards, and procedures, delivering consistent high-quality service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, including ordering supplies, monitoring employee performance, maintaining operational budgets, and ensuring legal compliance and high standards in all aspects of food and beverage service. They will lead by example, supporting and encouraging staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and fostering a collaborative, respectful, and trusting work environment. As a leader within the F&B department, this role also requires participation in hiring, training, and performance management, including conducting appraisals and coaching for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will facilitate a positive customer service culture by promptly addressing guest concerns, reviewing feedback for improvements, and maintaining accessibility to both staff and guests. Additionally, the manager will oversee the coordination of cleaning programs and implement quality control measures through self-inspections and staff training. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage or culinary related field
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area

Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all f&b policies, standards and procedures
