Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years progressive Food & Beverage experience
- At least one year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of restaurant management and luxury hotel services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Completion of TIPS certification
- Valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of related progressive Food & Beverage experience with at least one year as a supervisor
- Solid knowledge of restaurant management, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Experience leading and coordinating staff in a high volume, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to mentor and train staff to exceed guest expectations
- Completion of required training as scheduled
- Ability to monitor labor and ensure staffing meets business needs
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm during busy or emergency situations
- Working knowledge of MS Office and hotel computer systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to read, analyze, and write reports and business correspondence
- Fluent in English, bilingual Spanish a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Completion of TIPS alcohol awareness certification
- Valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Availability to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Manages outlet managers and supervisors who supervise team members in the F&B outlets
- Assists with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the restaurant
- Assists the team on the floor in bartending, serving, wine service, and seating guests
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training F&B team members
- Plans, assigns, and directs work
- Appraises performance and rewards or disciplines team members
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems
- Provides input into planning department goals and directs teams to achieve results
- Monitors daily outlet operations for efficiency, service quality, and adherence to standards
- Participates in hiring and management training
- Takes action to achieve budgeted revenues, controls expenses, and maximizes profitability
- Ensures guests receive outstanding service and handles guest concerns immediately
- Maintains cleanliness and proper setup of dining, service, and kitchen areas
- Manages inventory, orders supplies, and ensures equipment maintenance
- Ensures compliance with food and beverage regulations and standard operating procedures
- Conducts staff service training and menu knowledge testing
- Follows food handling, sanitation, and health safety guidelines
- Collaborates with Marketing and Chef teams on promotions, menu planning, and beverage programs
- Enforces safety policies and acts immediately on potential hazards
