  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • knowledge of basic computer software

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in event management or related area
  • or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • minimum 2-3 years experience in management or supervisory role in luxury hotel or convention center
  • knowledge of service standards and banquet operations
  • strong guest service skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
