Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in corporate event planning or trade show logistics
- proven experience with hotel room block coordination and travel logistics
- experience in large-scale events and high-touch customer logistics
- strong leadership potential
- excellent communication skills
- project management skills
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in G-Suite tools, Microsoft Office, project management platforms such as Asana, and event management platforms like Cvent
- CMP certification is a plus
- ability to travel and work extended hours during event periods

Job Duties
- assist the director in the planning and execution of customer-facing logistics for the Orgill Dealer Market
- oversee hotel block management, attendee registration, transportation logistics, and meeting room scheduling
- partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality attendee experience
- contribute to event planning timelines, staffing schedules, and communication strategies for attendees and internal teams
- support the implementation of innovative event technologies and engagement strategies
- assist in the development of new event formats aligned with the customer engagement strategy
- support scheduling, development, and execution of events at the Innovation Center including customer tours and product showcases
- provide logistical support for internal meetings and special events
- support event operations including food and beverage, travel, registration, and customer service
- collaborate with Retail Services, Sales, Technology, senior management, and Marketing Communications for cohesive event execution
- serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental event alignment
- contribute to budgeting and event performance analytics
