Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in event planning and management
- Proven ability to manage complex events with large budgets
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite
