Job Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows
  • experience in B2B or SaaS environments preferred
  • proven ability to execute complex multi-day events with executive-level exposure
  • strong budgeting skills managing budgets from $50K to $500K+
  • excellent vendor negotiation capabilities
  • superior project management and communication skills
  • proficiency with event technology platforms, project management tools, Salesforce, and Marketo
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and organization

Job Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows
  • experience in B2B or SaaS preferred
  • demonstrated success executing multi-day, high-visibility events with executive exposure
  • strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities
  • exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • proficiency with event platforms, project management tools, and CRM/marketing systems
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and highly organized

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage end-to-end logistics, production, and onsite execution for major national events and trade shows
  • manage event budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost control
  • lead venue sourcing, contracting, production schedules, travel coordination, shipping, audio/visual setups, and onsite operations
  • direct onsite teams including internal staff, vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, operating processes, and timelines
  • partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align objectives, programming, staffing, and meeting execution
  • develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices for national event planning and execution
