Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged or 2-year degree from accredited university
- 2 years experience in event management or related professional area or relevant degree without experience
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to lead meetings and coordinate teams
- proficiency in event planning software and tools
- ability to manage budgets and profitability
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication abilities
