Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning or management
- Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Knowledge of experiential marketing is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with some remote flexibility
