Job Description
Just Right! is a pioneering destination management company established in 2011, known for its boutique and client-centric approach to event planning and management. The company operates within the destination management industry, focusing on bringing personalized, seamless, and high-quality event experiences to its clients. Emphasizing collaboration, partnership, and operational excellence, Just Right! serves a diverse clientele by traveling alongside their events and becoming integral partners who truly understand client goals, cultures, and expectations. This commitment to strong relationships and remarkable event delivery defines the company’s culture and reputation in the marketplace. The company embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive environment where all employees are valued regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics.
The role of Senior Event Manager at Just Right! is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the planning and flawless execution of complex and high-profile events. This position is crucial in managing all logistics, coordinating vendor and client interactions, leading on-site event operations, and mentoring junior team members to uphold the company’s standards of excellence. As a Tier I Senior Event Manager, the individual is expected to develop relevant skills and gain guided oversight in managing larger-scale events over time. This opportunity is both challenging and rewarding, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. The Senior Event Manager contributes actively to proposal development, site inspections, and ongoing client relationship management to ensure successful event outcomes. Candidates can expect to be part of a supportive, dynamic team with a focus on professional growth and work-life balance.
This remote position allows for flexible working arrangements, although some on-site presence and local travel are necessary to perform site inspections, attend meetings, and manage events directly. The role occasionally requires lifting light materials and working nights or weekends depending on program schedules. Compensation is competitive and varies based on experience, with eligibility for profit-sharing and bonuses. The benefits package includes comprehensive healthcare with significant employer contributions, dental and vision coverage fully paid by the company, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and a generous flex time policy to promote a healthy work-life balance. Just Right! prides itself on providing a fun and supportive work environment that values employee well-being and professional development.
