Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of relevant event management experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale events
- Ability to work onsite in Bellevue 4 times per week
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to manage budgets effectively

- 4-7 years of experience in developing and executing major, high-profile events
- Proven ability to leverage events for business and brand growth
- 4-7 years of leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Excellence in communication, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Lead the end-to-end strategic development and execution of flagship events
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand alignment
- Direct and manage elite event agencies, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and above expectations
- Oversee large-scale event budgets, maximizing ROI while maintaining high impact
- Craft and present compelling event strategies to senior leadership
- Define KPIs and deliver comprehensive post-event analyses
- Support high-priority business projects and adapt to evolving needs
