Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of B2B event management experience in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Strong experience in event design, logistics, vendor management, and budget coordination
  • Skilled in invitation tools, guest list management, and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities during live events
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience working with cross-regional teams and integrating events into broader campaigns
  • Fluency in English or German

Job Duties

  • Plan, design, and execute events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Manage event logistics, venues, vendors, and onsite coordination
  • Build event concepts aligned with campaign goals and audience needs
  • Handle invitation management including segmentation, guest communication, and RSVP tracking
  • Prepare event briefs, playbooks, documentation, and run-of-show plans
  • Ensure branding, compliance, and quality standards across all production elements
  • Analyse event data and share insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate regional support teams and collaborate with marketing partners
  • Support onboarding and alignment of regional event specialists
