Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of B2B event management experience in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Strong experience in event design, logistics, vendor management, and budget coordination
- Skilled in invitation tools, guest list management, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities during live events
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience working with cross-regional teams and integrating events into broader campaigns
- Fluency in English or German

Job Duties
- Plan, design, and execute events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Manage event logistics, venues, vendors, and onsite coordination
- Build event concepts aligned with campaign goals and audience needs
- Handle invitation management including segmentation, guest communication, and RSVP tracking
- Prepare event briefs, playbooks, documentation, and run-of-show plans
- Ensure branding, compliance, and quality standards across all production elements
- Analyse event data and share insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate regional support teams and collaborate with marketing partners
- Support onboarding and alignment of regional event specialists
