Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Available for varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Pass any required background checks and screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services in various locations on client premises including offices, patient or resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Assign, check, and train other employees as needed
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
