Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in environmental services or similar role
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days
- Capacity to lead and train staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to physically perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with punctual attendance
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to assist in training and directing staff
- Ability to allocate resources effectively
- Strong commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services in various locations on client premises including offices, patient or resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and sanitary
- Assign, check work, and train other employees
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessitates and client requirements
