The Senior Environmental Services Attendant position at Sodexo is a full-time role based at the Bone and Joint Hospital, offering shifts during afternoons and evenings with varying days. This role pays between $16.16 and $20.04 per hour. As a Senior Environmental Services Attendant, you play a vital role in maintaining hygienic and safe environments by delivering high-quality cleaning and sanitation services. In this senior role, you may provide housekeeping services across various premises such as offices, patient or resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, and food service areas. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in environmental services or similar role
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days
  • Capacity to lead and train staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to physically perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Provide housekeeping services in various locations on client premises including offices, patient or resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and sanitary
  • Assign, check work, and train other employees
  • Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessitates and client requirements
