Collaboration across functions—such as IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Risk—is critical in this position to align global and regional standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to ensure that retail priorities are front and center in company-wide initiatives.
A key facet of the Senior Director’s duties is managing the technology ecosystem within stores and championing continuous process improvements that drive both operational efficiency and an exceptional customer experience. They lead pilot programs and large-scale rollouts of new tools, processes, and models that revolutionize the retail environment. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and forward thinking within the Retail Operations team and building leadership depth to sustain growth and excellence.
This position is hybrid, based in San Francisco, CA headquarters, with a typical schedule requiring in-office presence three days per week. The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 annually, with total rewards including base salary, performance incentives, 401(k) matching, paid leave, health benefits, product discounts, and more.
