Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year's experience in an analytics related field
  • 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
  • Knowledge of analytical modeling and statistical testing techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, C programming languages
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality standards, and data management
  • Ability to conduct data visualization and communicate insights
  • Understanding of business domains and ability to translate needs into data solutions
  • Commitment to ethical standards and corporate values
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3 years' experience
  • Master's degree in related fields with 1 year experience
  • 5 years' experience in analytics or related field
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and optimization models
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Java, and C
  • Experience with open source frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Torch
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Identify appropriate data sources and conduct data quality checks
  • Develop and apply data strategies aligned with business goals
  • Support model deployment, scalability, and sustainability efforts
  • Write and test code using programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, and C
  • Evaluate and validate analytical models using established metrics and techniques
  • Design and present data visualizations to convey insights effectively to stakeholders
