The role of Senior Culinary Supervisor at Sodexo, located at Austin Peay State University, is a full-time position with pay ranging between $18.50 and $21.50 per hour. This position is pivotal for managing food service operations including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. As a Senior Culinary Supervisor, you will act as a master multitasker and oversee daily functions while improving the quality of work life for employees and satisfaction for customers. You will directly support management by coordinating routine work activities, ensuring safety compliance, and facilitating employee orientation and training. The role demands strong supervisory abilities and skillful customer interaction to resolve problems and uphold food quality and service standards.

In this leadership capacity, you will guide service employees and provide crucial oversight under management’s direction to maintain smooth and efficient food operations within the facility. Your responsibilities extend to attending scheduled shifts punctually, supporting a safe work environment, and adapting to diverse account-specific needs based on client requirements.
