Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, hospitality, communication or equivalent
  • 3 plus years of experience in sports, hospitality, and event operations preferably within a premium or VIP environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Able to work evenings and weekends to align with the event schedule

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of premium hospitality programs including game days, private member functions, and corporate hosting events ensuring seamless VIP operations and service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all member reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Manage the end-to-end process for member gifting including vendor coordination, inventory, and delivery logistics
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, food and beverage, security, valet, and arena operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
