Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous healthcare or commercial cooking experience
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events following established recipes and production sheets
  • Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately
  • Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services
  • Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
