The Senior Cook position at Sodexo Live, located at the NCAA Hall of Champions, offers an on-call part-time employment opportunity with a pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Working primarily across varying shifts with open availability preferred, the Senior Cook at Sodexo Live will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow complex recipes and food safety regulations
- Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable

- 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- Oversee the production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
