Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, varying days, and rotating weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform cooking tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years of related work experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to fostering a healthy and safe working environment
- Skilled in advanced cooking techniques and food presentation
- Ability to follow complex recipes and product guidelines
- Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Follow complex recipes and/or product directions
- Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
- May have oversight over the production staff, train and assign tasks
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, varying by business necessities and client requirements
