- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- proficiency in Excel
- excellent communication skills
- experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders
- ability to lead projects and work independently
- collaborative and curious mindset
- willingness to travel 25-50%
- MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
- exposure to operational improvement or value engineering projects preferred
- aviation interest or pilot experience preferred
- familiarity with Jeppesen, ForeFlight, or Boeing products preferred
- flexible location preferred in Denver, Colorado

Job Duties
- Collaborate with airline clients and internal data science teams to solve complex analytical challenges
- lead structured value engineering projects that diagnose airline operational performance and identify high-impact improvement opportunities
- develop detailed business cases quantifying benefits, costs, and risks aligned with airline KPIs
- develop actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps to optimize flight operations and enhance regulatory compliance
- support new business development through research publications, conference presentations, and proposal development
- help refine and scale consulting tools, playbooks, and operational intelligence dashboards
- maintain a customer-obsessed mindset while bringing a strong point of view and intellectual curiosity
