Senior Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

CoolSys is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician specializing in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and heating and ventilation equipment. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $35 to $60, with the possibility of a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 depending on experience. The role involves maintaining and repairing various refrigeration systems, heating units, and ventilation equipment to ensure customers receive efficient, accurate, and timely service.

As a Service Technician at CoolSys, you will be responsible for repairing and overhauling equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices, maintaining high safety and quality standards. Preventative maintenance is critical in this role, requiring the ability to diagnose malfunctions and operational deficiencies effectively. You will also handle minor construction and remodeling projects, support departmental operations by processing job tickets and work orders, and provide training to less experienced technicians. This role requires a professional who can work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety protocols while driving company vehicles responsibly.
