Additional duties include preparing loan documents and periodic reports, assisting Relationship Managers in managing loan and deposit exceptions, handling client operational needs, authorizing payments and fees on overdrafts, and approving commercial client withdrawals on lines of credit. The role also requires interaction with various outside professionals such as attorneys, insurance companies, and title companies to facilitate loan processing. The candidate will help coordinate appraisals, flood determinations, and UCC filings, while being familiar with OFAC regulations. Collaboration with bankers, underwriters, loan closers, and legal teams is essential to ensure satisfactory loan closings and ongoing client monitoring. The position provides training on loan documentation and funding platforms such as LaserPro.
This role plays an integral part in supporting both clients and internal teams to help drive the bank’s commercial lending operations forward efficiently and compliantly. First Horizon Corporation offers a dynamic work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow professionally. The position provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals across multiple departments and gain comprehensive exposure to commercial lending processes.
