Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a culinary or food service role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work with various kitchen equipment and utensils
- Aptitude for working in both hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Capacity to lean, bend, and reach as required

Job Duties

- Maintain adherence to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance protocols
- Restock stations, ensuring they are clean and organized

- Oversee food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
- Conduct interviews and identify future talent
- Nurture and develop Chefs and Supervisors into future leaders
