Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a culinary or food service role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to work with various kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Aptitude for working in both hot and cold temperatures
  • Ability to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to lean, bend, and reach as required

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant as a vital member of the leadership team
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's overall profit margins
  • Deliver heartfelt guest experiences by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistent food quality
  • Maintain adherence to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance protocols
  • Restock stations, ensuring they are clean and organized
  • Utilize your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Oversee food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
  • Conduct interviews and identify future talent
  • Nurture and develop Chefs and Supervisors into future leaders
  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned
