Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering revenue and achieve sales targets
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the event planning process
