Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Understanding of health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
  • Experience with budget management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two or more years of prior relevant experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a resort setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage service and mixology
  • Ability to enforce policies and standards effectively

Job Duties

  • Monitor daily beverage operations and fiscal budgets
  • Manage guest service standards and execute marketing strategies
  • Oversee par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and equipment
  • Implement policies, procedures, training programs, menus, and schedules
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and coach beverage staff
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations
  • Maintain health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure adherence to state liquor regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, cocktails, preparation methods, and menu items
