Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
- Experience with budget management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of prior relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience in a resort setting preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor daily beverage operations and fiscal budgets
- Manage guest service standards and execute marketing strategies
- Oversee par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and equipment
- Implement policies, procedures, training programs, menus, and schedules
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and coach beverage staff
- Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations
- Maintain health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure adherence to state liquor regulations
- Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, cocktails, preparation methods, and menu items
