- Minimum of 3 years experience in bartending with a focus on cocktail creation
- Experience working in luxury hotels, country retreats, or high-end restaurants
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of standard bartending equipment and cocktail recipes
- Basic math skills for managing cash and inventory

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong mixology and cocktail crafting skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment

- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering
Job Duties
- Designing, creating, and perfecting innovative and seasonal cocktails
- Provide personalised service to guests by recommending and crafting drinks based on their tastes and preferences
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
- Mentor and train junior bartenders and bar staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure the quality and freshness of all bar supplies
- Collaborate with management to develop new cocktail menus and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area
