We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. This role focuses heavily on cocktail crafting and demands a professional with both an artistic touch in mixology and strong leadership capabilities. As a Senior Bartender at Cliff at Lyons, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of our elegant bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in bartending with a focus on cocktail creation
Experience working in luxury hotels, country retreats, or high-end restaurants
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of standard bartending equipment and cocktail recipes
Basic math skills for managing cash and inventory

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting
Strong mixology and cocktail crafting skills
Leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to bar operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering

Job Duties

Designing, creating, and perfecting innovative and seasonal cocktails
Provide personalised service to guests by recommending and crafting drinks based on their tastes and preferences
Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
Mentor and train junior bartenders and bar staff
Maintain inventory and ensure the quality and freshness of all bar supplies
Collaborate with management to develop new cocktail menus and promotions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area
