The University of North Carolina School of the Arts, located in Winston, is hiring a full-time Senior Barista Supervisor to join its team under Sodexo’s management. This role offers an hourly pay ranging from $17.50 to $20 per hour, with the flexibility of working any shift, emphasizing open availability. Being a Senior Barista Supervisor means playing a crucial role in daily operations by providing oversight and managing service employees engaged in various food operations, including café, coffee counter service, casual dining, banquets, and events. The position requires a proactive multitasker who not only ensures quality service and customer satisfaction but also fosters a safe and positive working environment.

As a Senior Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting management by coordinating routine food service activities and monitoring employee performance. The role includes assisting with employee orientation and training, ensuring all safety regulations are followed, and maintaining high standards in food quality and customer interaction. Successful candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, preferably with prior supervisory experience, and will be team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable. Holding a valid driver’s license is also required.
