Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage professions
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years relevant experience
- Ability to lead and manage culinary team
- Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation for banquet events
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence team members
- Manages day-to-day operations and employee productivity
- Coordinates banquet production and plating with executive chefs and banquet managers
- Develops banquet, seasonal, and specialty menus
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Provides exceptional customer service and coaches staff to meet guest expectations
