Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent
minimum 3 years bakery or food production experience
at least 1 year supervisory experience
proficiency with Slack and scheduling software
availability for morning or night shifts
familiarity with Sysco inventory system
ability to maintain health and safety standards
strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in a bakery or similar food production environment
at least 1 year in a supervisory role
strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
proficiency with Slack and scheduling software
familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems preferably Sysco
knowledge of Google Sheets
must be available for morning or night shifts
high school degree or equivalent

Job Duties

Lead and manage a team of bakery specialists ensuring performance and quality standards
communicate with the team via Slack or in person when on-site
handle Sysco orders and maintain inventory levels
create and manage work schedules for bakery specialists
ensure all products meet Crumbl’s quality and consistency standards
assist with baking, decorating, and packaging as needed
provide training and development opportunities
maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
