Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Minimum of 3 years in bakery or food production roles
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling software
- Ability to work morning or night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Capable of maintaining health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a bakery or similar food production environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Slack and scheduling software
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems ideally Sysco and google sheets
- Availability for morning or night shifts
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of bakery specialists ensuring performance and quality standards
- Communicate with the team via Slack or in person when on-site
- Handle Sysco orders and maintain inventory levels
- Create and manage work schedules for bakery specialists
- Ensure all products meet Crumbl’s high standards of quality and consistency
- Assist with baking, decorating, and packaging as needed
- Provide training and development opportunities for bakery specialists
- Maintain clean and safe work environment adhering to health and safety regulations
