- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years of baking or food production experience
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- basic math skills for costing and inventory
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
- participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
- ensure portion and inventory control
- produce pastry/dessert within budgetary guidelines
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
