Job Description

Capital One is a prominent financial services company that is committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and excellence. Within its Premium Products & Experiences (PPX) organization, the Guest Experience team leads the initiative to bring world-class Capital One Lounges and Landings to premium travelers across the United States. These lounges are designed to set the gold standard for guest experiences, combining comfort, technology, and exceptional service to redefine the premium travel market. Capital One is expanding its footprint in Dallas Fort Worth Airport by hiring a Senior Associate, Property Coordinator to manage and oversee the operational integrity of the DFW Airport Lounge.

This full-time, on-site role is essential in maintaining the physical and operational excellence of the DFW lounge, which serves as a key touchpoint for Capital One customers experiencing premium travel amenities. The position is based onsite within the airport, ensuring immediate response to facility and operational needs. The salary range for this role is $87,700 to $100,100 annually, with eligibility for performance-based incentives either in cash bonus or long-term incentives, reinforcing Capital One's commitment to rewarding high performance.

As a Senior Associate, Property Coordinator, you will act as the steward of the Dallas lounge facilities, ensuring all elements of the physical environment—from infrastructure and proprietary technology to third-party services—are operating smoothly and meeting high standards. This involves managing relationships with facility service firms, ensuring all compliance requirements such as airport leases, safety standards, and regulatory permits are met consistently. The role requires frequent coordination with the Design and Construction team for special projects such as furniture repairs, replacements, and equipment maintenance.

Further, the coordinator will be responsible for audit preparation, overseeing emergency repairs, coordinating after-hours work, and managing the deployment and security of proprietary hardware and software used within the lounge. Candidates must be comfortable working in a technology-integrated environment and have a strong sense of accountability, as this role is fundamental in maintaining Capital One's brand integrity and customer experience at the airport. The expectation is for 4-5 days per week onsite presence with flexibility around hours including evenings and weekends, and occasional travel of less than 15%.

The successful applicant will bring at least 3 years of experience in facilities, property, hospitality or high-end retail management combined with practical experience in customer-facing roles. Proficiency with Google Suite or project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheets is also required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, over 4 years in facilities or property management, expertise in process or project management, and certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma.

Capital One values inclusivity, equal opportunity, and offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being. It is important to note this role requires a background check and airport security clearance. Candidates should expect a dynamic, client-facing role where operational efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder communication are key to success. The role is integral to delivering the premium and seamless guest experience Capital One promises to its clientele at DFW Airport.
