- two years supervisory experience
- ability to work remotely with reliable virtual connectivity

Job Duties
- prospect for new major gift donors
- develop and execute personalized cultivation strategies
- solicit and secure six and seven figure philanthropic gifts
- qualify and present planned giving opportunities
- collaborate with faculty, volunteers, and institutional leadership
- manage a portfolio of approximately 75 constituents
- provide supervision and leadership to a team of major gift officers
