The Senior Assistant Manager role at CEC Entertainment is a pivotal position that extends beyond managing day-to-day restaurant operations to fostering an environment where exceptional guest service is the standard. This role is responsible for managing employee resources, training, motivation, and ensuring that every guest has a remarkable experience each time they visit. The position offers an hourly wage between $23.28 and $25.61, along with commission opportunities for membership and Fun Pass sales. It is also eligible for a $3000 signing and retention bonus, paid in accordance with company guidelines.

In this leadership role, you will make crucial decisions regarding staff scheduling, time management, product quality, cleanliness, and uphold company standards. Your responsibilities include building sales and maximizing profits through effective recruitment, training, and consistent communication of company and guest expectations. You will coach and motivate your team to maintain high service standards and safety, exercising strong business acumen in cost control, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor oversight. The work environment requires physical endurance and adaptability to conditions such as exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, noise, and temperature variations.
