As a Senior Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese, you will play a crucial leadership role ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional and consistent with the company’s high standards. This position is not just about managing daily operations; it involves building and maintaining a motivated team that delivers outstanding guest service and safety. You will oversee time management, staff scheduling, product quality, cleanliness, and uphold company standards to guarantee that every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in coaching, training, and motivating employees to meet both company and guest expectations.

This role demands sound business judgment in cost control, financial management, inventory oversight, and labor management. You will be involved in key decision-making processes and will drive sales and profit maximization through effective team development and communication. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years previous management experience preferably in food service industry or as a CEC Assistant Manager
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make sound business decisions

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality, cleanliness and company standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and communicating company and guest expectations
  • Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety
  • Exercise good business skills and judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management
