As a Senior Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese, you will play a pivotal role in managing the restaurant's operations to exceed guest expectations. This role is much more than typical management; it involves leading, motivating, and supporting the team to ensure every guest leaves happy. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality, and driving sales and profitability through effective team development and communication. The position requires excellent business acumen, including financial management, cost control, inventory oversight, and labor optimization. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with RVP approval for exceptions
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • minimum of two years management experience preferably in food service or proven CEC Assistant Manager track record
  • ability to lift or carry objects 0-50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • ability to work in environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and temperature extremes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college degree preferred
  • minimum of two years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager
