Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with some evenings and occasional weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to food safety and quality standards
  • Flexibility to manage multiple client accounts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience in culinary or food service
  • Minimum of 3 years functional culinary experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to innovate and implement creative menu concepts
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Design and execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
  • Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events
  • Foster a culture of creativity, safety, and high-quality service
  • Manage diverse portfolio of food service operations including corporate cafés, micro-markets, and office coffee services
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor culinary programs to specific needs
